The Świętokrzyskie Region through a Camera Lense – a vernissage of a post-contest exhibition of the Nationwide Photographic Contest organised by the Union of Polish Art Photographers

The Municipal Office in Kielce assigned the organisation of the exhibition to the Regional Branch of the Union of Polish Art Photographers. The aim of the contest and subsequent exhibition is to present the Świętokrzyski Region in a manner both artistic and interesting. 152 authors from Poland sent in 958 photographs, and the jury composed of Mariusz Wideryński (President of the Board of the Union of Polish Art Photographers), Andrzej Zygmuntowicz, Paweł Pierściński, Zdzisław Słomski and Andrzej Borys chose 143 works of 56 authors.
The 1st prize and a medal were awarded to Piotr Kaleta.

The exhibition is on display until 13th January 2006
