The artists are engaged in a polemic and draw inspiration from world’s painting classics, including Henri Matisse.

Marek Kamieński, a graduate from the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, was conferred a Diploma in Design Graphics under the supervision of Associate Professor Gerard Labus and in Painting under the supervision of Professor Andrzej Kowalski in 1979.
One of the leading avant-gardists of the 1980’s, described by critics as a representative of the New Expression movement.
Besides painting, he is a performer, experimental filmmaker and art critic.

Bartosz Frączek, a graduate from the Higher School of Pedagogy in Częstochowa, was conferred a Diploma with Merit under the supervision of Professor Wincenty Maszkowski in 1999. Currently, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Artistic Education at The Jan Długosz Academy in Częstochowa.
He was awarded a number of prizes and honourable mentions for his contribution to the art and culture. He was an originator and curator of The International Biennial of Miniature Art and organised four editions of that event.
