This year’s diplomats of the Team of State Art Schools Józef Szermentowski in Kielce, who completed his graduation work at the end of his study, was inspired by the cultural heritage of Armenia and its rich decorative tradition. It is related to the Year of Armenian Culture announced in the current school year at the ZPSP. It is held under the patronage of: the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia in Poland, the Minister of Culture and National Heritage and the Marshal of the Świętokrzyskie Province.

At the DIPLOMA 2018 exhibition, you will be able to see, among others: Khachkar – Armenian stone cross, portraits of the legendary rulers of Armenia, figures of men and women in traditional costumes, ceramic jewelry, fabrics using rich Armenian ornamentation, and paintings inspired by the work of Armenian artists or Armenian origin (T. Axentowicz and J. Ajwazowski) as well as many other topics related to the history and culture of Armenia.

These works were created as part of the specialization: sculpting techniques, art printing techniques, artistic fabric, artistic furniture, artistic ceramics and traditional painting and gilding techniques.
